I bring more than 15 years of finance experience across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, training and development, healthcare, and owner-managed businesses. My career began in South Africa, where I completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at North-West University, followed by my audit articles with KPMG as part of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) training programme.

Since then, I have held Finance Manager and Finance business support roles, partnering with business owners and leadership teams to improve financial performance, strengthen decision-making, and support sustainable growth. Throughout my career, I've discovered that my greatest satisfaction comes from helping businesses understand the story behind their numbers and using that knowledge to make confident decisions.

I particularly enjoy working with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning. Whether it's identifying opportunities for improvement, providing greater visibility over cash flow, or helping business owners understand the financial impact of their decisions, I aim to bring clarity, practical solutions, and a trusted partnership to every client relationship.

Through Aspire Lee Consulting, my goal is to provide businesses with experienced financial leadership and support, without the need for a full-time Finance Manager. I work alongside my clients as a trusted partner, offering practical financial guidance tailored to their unique goals and challenges.

Whether it's a walk along the coastline, discovering local bush trails, or simply enjoying quality time with loved ones, I value balance, connection, and making the most of the wonderful community I call home.
